They staff just WOWED me with the customer service experience!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Janet was excellent from scheduling my appointment over the phone and when I arrived she was very friendly as she went over my dental care plan and my cost versus insurance cost. Yessica was so patient and did an excellent job with my Xray's ensuring I was comfortable and explaining to me what she was going to do next. Dr. Jamil is very knowledgeable in explaining and answering all of my questions to ensure my teeth stay healthy and looking great! Alma did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth. I would say it was the BEST cleaning every! She is REALLY good and trustworthy in cleaning your teeth. I am so grateful to meet such a Wonderful staff of people who work together as an Awesome team and take the time to show they care about your needs!! More
I have only had good experiences with Made Ya Smile. I usually visit West Road 8, and the staff and dentist are pleasant, professional and skilled! The dentist is not my favorite place to spend a couple hours, but they really do a great job giving me expert dental care, clear pricing, and presenting options and advice so I can choose what best works for me. During the last few months, Made Ya Smile takes reasonable precautions to ensure both my health and the health of their people - and I appreciate seeing that! My teeth examination went super great! From the young lady assistant that took me in from the waiting room to the dental hygienist to the dentist was extremely helpful and cleaned my teeth and found 4 cavities. Which was exactly what I was expecting. They were gentle with my entire procedure.
